Visit the remote and stunning King Island, Tasmania with us on a private day tour, travelling by private aircraft. King Island sits at the western edge of Bass Strait, between mainland Australia and Tasmania. Known for its dairy, beef and crayfish, the island is home 1,800 people who support its various industries. It’s also now home to two world class golf courses – Cape Wickham Links and Ocean Dunes.
Tour Highlights- 8:00am Depart Moorabbin Airport arriving at King Island 8:30am. 9:30am Morning tea in Currie at King Island Bakery.
- 10:00am Tour of Currie and surrounds.
- 12:30pm – 3 Course lunch at the Wild Harvest Restaurant – local seafood and beef with matched wines.
- 2:00pm Visit to King Island Harbour and gallery.
- 3:30pm 4WD tour of British Admiral Beach
- 4:30pm King Island Dairy visit
- 5:15pm Depart King Island for Melbourne arriving Moorabbin 6:15pm
